Honey, It's Hot! Stay Hydrated!

Instead of store-bought hydration drinks, here is my go-to for this hot weather. I made enough for a dispenser jar which sits in my fridge. If you want a little sweetness, add a shake or so of pure stevia powder. The recipe is below.

1 quart filtered water

1/2 sliced organic lemon

1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt


Place all in a glass container and let sit overnight before enjoying!
