Plans are made to be changed! And today's change was a fun one! Today, one client met me on her front porch with the invitation that we should have the full hour session outdoors. Wonderful! We walked an outdoor path, warming up and working on hip and thigh mobility. Then she held on to a fence rail for support while she worked on lower body and hip range of motion. From there, we laid out yoga mats on the grass and kept working with dynamic stretches and body weight exercises. Then it was over to a tree branch where we wrapped resistance bands and performed rows and chest stretches. We used the BOSU trainer for bridging and spinal mobility, followed by full body cool-down stretch. She worked hard and finished her session with a smile. I'm smiling, too!
