Do You Really Want to Lose Weight?

"I want to lose 20 pounds!"  Chances are a woman is saying this.  Where did this come from and why does it matter so much?  Do you want to be stronger?  If so, prepare to gain weight, because all that new muscle is going to pack on some pounds.  BUT, it's very likely you will lose some fat  as you get stronger and leaner.  That sounds pretty good, doesn't it?  


I love the message of this brief video.  It's not just girls that need to hear this.  It's many grown women! Let's choose to get stronger!
